The Hamsa is a symbolic hand-shaped amulet which represents protection in both Jewish and Islamic cultures, popular in the Middle East, commonly used in jewellery and wall hangings.
The Hamsa is believed to provide protection against the evil eye.
This product is handmade in Israel from engraved Poplar wood.
All our products are professionally cut and hand made in the Holy Land. The stones that we use are all semi-precious stones, specifically picked and sorted to meet high standards of craftsmanship. Some of the products we manufacture include water and soil from the Holy Land.
Decorative Hamsa - Stones of the Breastplate
The breastplate was to contain twelve precious gemstones, representing the twelve tribes of Israel. In the Hebrew Bible version, a different gemstone is listed for each of the twelve tribes of Israel.
